Performance Hall
 This hall plays an important role to promote arts and culture in Changhua County . The Performance Hall is used for the large-size musical, theatrical and dancing performances. It can accommodate around 1,080 audiences. It has the long and wide stage ideal for complex stage lighting effects and a variety of visual effects. It has high quality audio equipment. This hall meeting international standards would be an ideal venue for domestic or foreign performance groups and would enhance arts and cultural development locally.
Little Theater
 The Little Theater is designed with an open and multifunctional structure, aiming to increase interaction and theatrical communication between performers and audiences. This area is mainly for special performances or other arts and cultural activities, including arts and cultural lectures, performances of small theater troupes, traditional operas, workshops and small-scale conferences. The movable audience seats could be adjusted according to different uses. This flexible theater can accommodate around 300 viewers.
 Exhibition Room
This exhibition area of two floors lets audiences enjoy those masterpieces in a spacious and elegant environment. The Exhibition Room is the venue of annual exhibitions that help increase local people's aesthetic perceptions and living quality.
 Library
The library has a General Reading Room and Children's Reading Room. Its furniture is designed with brown tones to create a quiet reading environment where readers can think over things and read books. The library features an artistic book collection available for borrowing.
Regulations for the Yunlin Performance Hall:
- One ticket per admission.
- . Please be seated thirty minutes before the show starts. No one will be allowed to enter 30 minutes after the show starts.
- Please remain seated and refrain from making any noise during the show.
- Please do not wear slippers. Drinking and eating are not allowed inside the theater.
- No smoking and chewing betel nuts are allowed inside the theater. Please turn off pagers or mobile phones during the performance.
- Photographing, voice recording and video recording are prohibited without prior authorization.
- Children under 6 or less than 120 cm in height will not be admitted
- Children under 3 years old will not be admitted to children's shows.

Changhua County is famous for its literary culture. A famous saying goes, “The most prosperous city is Fucheng—the present Tainan City, the second is Lugang, the third is Manga , and the fourth is Baodou—the present Beidou. This shows that two of the most prosperous cities were located in Changhua County , the birthplace of numerous artists. The county government set up the Changhua County Yunlin Performance Hall to both fulfill local needs and to balance cultural development among southern and northern cities. The construction of the hall is the largest one for the cultural building.
