There are eight rooms for exhibition and each space is 324 square feet. Every room has higher walls and project light that is suitable for showing paintings and photographs.

1. It is only for library cardholders to use.
2. It is divided into group and personal districts.
3. The Group District will release a movie in every holiday.
4. The Personal District provides 14-inch color TV, VHS, and DVD.
5. VHS and CD are allowed to borrow for 28 days. (VCD and DVD is not allowed to borrow.)

All precious historical documents and related papers of Changhua County are saved at here. The multimedia is provided to show cultural and historical relics of the County including models and exhibitions. It is a best place for researching reference of local culture and history.
